Im a Mage Elf and I already made a deal with the demon and she gave me blood magic and im like level 8 and dont see the icon on my list of spells when i level up. Is it some where else? How do I use blood magic?Where is the blood mage magic located after you get it in Dragon Age Origins?
You have to choose that as a specialization when you level up. You get one point for a specialization at level 7 and another at level 14. Once you do that, then you can choose the blood mage spells when you level up your skills and spells.

When you level up and choose your stats, it should be above those. It will show 4 symbols, and each you have unlocked will be faded and colored. Those you haven't unlocked would be solid and monotone.
If it is still not there it will be a consumable which you can access through the potions tab.
